JOINT RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $200,000 TO THE RHODE ISLAND BLACK BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (Authorizes the appropriation of the sum of $200,000 to the Rhode Island Black Business Association.)
