Prohibits any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation, or agent or employee thereof from offering for sale tangible or intangible goods or services which have not been actually ordered or requested by the recipient; provides that any receipt of unordered goods shall be deemed a gift to the recipient; prohibits the requesting of payment for unordered goods and services; makes related provisions including prohibiting the recipient from waiving any of their rights hereunder.
Relates to reporting requirements for full-time jobs where an individual is employed by a qualified participant for at least thirty-five hours a week and project hires; provides such report shall include the number of permanent full-time jobs, the number of permanent part-time jobs, the number of full-time equivalents, and the number of project hires.
Establishes environmental standards for public authorities; establishes targets and timetables to achieve reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water for certain buildings, facilities, vehicles and vehicle fleets owned or leased by certain public authorities.
Provides for a 5% automobile insurance premium reduction for non-commercial passenger motor vehicles equipped with an operating dashboard camera; establishes means for certification of the installation of such camera; establishes civil penalties for false certification of such installation; provides for insurer review during claims settlement of the images from dashboard cameras; provides for the certification of the installation of operating dashboard cameras during the annual motor vehicle inspection; directs the commissioner of motor vehicles to establish standards for dashboard cameras; provides for the introduction as evidence of dashboard camera images into evidence in civil and criminal proceedings.
Provides that any cemetery corporation is permitted to retire any certificates or other instruments of indebtedness related to its operations to the benefit of such cemetery's permanent maintenance fund upon notice to the certificate owners.
Enacts the "private well testing act"; authorizes the department of health to promulgate rules and regulations to establish standards for the testing of drinking water from privately owned wells.
Implements automatic market rate increases for child care assistance such that assistance will be equal to the applicable payment rate established by the department.
Requires insurers and corporations that issue, sell, renew or offer a specialized dental benefits plan policy or contract to report annually on data related to such dental benefits plan policies.
Relates to equal pay disclosure with respect to state contracts; requires contractors to submit a summary of the contractor's workforce pay averages, calculated by job category, gender, race, and ethnicity, and the difference between pay averages in each category; requires such reports to be made public; and provides for damages for willful or intentional violations.
Relates to motions to vacate judgment; authorizes filing motions to vacate judgment due to a change in law; authorizes motions to vacate judgment to be filed at any time after entry of a judgment obtained at trial or by plea; relates to the requirements of discovery.
