Enacts the "pediatric palliative care act" to establish pediatric palliative care centers to provide palliative care to individuals who are under twenty-one years of age, have been diagnosed with a chronic, complex, life-threatening illness that is expected to shorten their life expectancy, and is not expected to survive past twenty-one years of age.
Provides parity to durable medical equipment providers by requiring Medicaid managed care organizations to reimburse such providers at no less than one hundred percent of the medical assistance durable medical equipment fee schedule for the same service or item.
Requires any state aid owed to a school district from a prior year adjustment be paid as part of the first state aid payment of the following school year following the notification of such payments.
Creates an office to residential conversion tax credit which shall be administered by the empire state development corporation; creates a historic preservation rehabilitation office to residential conversion tax credit which shall be administered by the state historic preservation office.
Removes and updates outdated terminology and provisions of law; makes technical corrections thereto; removes certain provisions relating to outdated terms and provisions of law.
Prohibits the sale and distribution of anti-fogging sprays or wipes containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances; provides penalties for violations.
