Provides State agencies will not enter into contracts with business entities that require persons or public entities to submit disputes to binding arbitration.
Provides that a person shall not be deemed to have entered the lands owned or occupied by a nation, tribe, or band of Indians if such person is temporarily and continuously passing through such lands; provides that at the request of the Seneca nation, the superintendent of state police, a sheriff of a county that includes lands of the Seneca nation, or the chief of police of the city of Salamanca may enter into an agreement with the Seneca nation detailing the activities such law enforcement entity will undertake within the nation's federally-recognized Indian Country lands; provides that such agreements shall not be construed to limit powers, duties, and responsibilities to undertake activities on Indian lands; and provides that such agreements may include provisions related to the appointment of tribal members of Nation employees as police officers.

Enacts the "New York anti-mandate act"; provides that a business entity doing business in the state of New York shall not refuse to provide any service, product, admission to a venue, or transportation to a person because that person has or has not received or used a medical intervention; provides that a ticket issuer shall not penalize, discriminate against, or deny access to an entertainment event to a ticket holder because the ticket holder has or has not received or used a medical intervention; provides a school operating in the state shall not mandate a medical intervention for any person to attend school, enter campus or school buildings, or be employed by the school; provides that unless required by federal law, no state, county, or local government entity or official in New York shall require any person to receive or use a medical intervention; defines terms; makes conforming changes.
To Provide That A Governmental Body Shall Not Use State Or Local Funds To Enter Into A Contract With A Lobbyist For The Purpose Of Lobbying On Behalf Of The Governmental Body.
Exempts an employer that is required by contract to provide services to another entity by means of having one or more of its employees work at the facilities of the other entity for the entire daily work period and that must pay an additional employee to provide substitute services in the absence of the original contracted-for employee from the requirement to provide paid sick leave.
