Creates Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact; provides purpose & objectives; requires member states to meet certain requirements to join & participate in compact; provides criteria that occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant must satisfy to practice under compact; provides requirements for renewal of equivalent license in member state; authorizes active military member & his or her spouse to be deemed as having home state license; requires member states to report adverse actions taken against license of occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant by other member states; establishes Occupational Therapy Compact Commission; provides for jurisdiction & venue for court proceedings; provides membership, duties, & powers; requires member states to participate in exchange of specified information; authorizes commission to adopt rules & bylaws; provides for development, maintenance, & use of coordinated database & reporting system; requires member states to submit specified information to data system; provides requirements for information in data system; provides rulemaking procedures; provides for state enforcement of compact; provides for termination of compact membership; provides procedures for resolution of certain disputes.

Renames "Florida Health Choices Program" as "Florida Employee Health Choices Program"; revises program purpose & components to provide for sale & purchase of individual health insurance plans to employees enrolled in individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements; removes provisions relating to certain health care service providers, organizations, entities, & vendors, vendor procedures, products available for purchase through program, pricing, risk pooling, & exemptions; revises marketplace process; creates Florida Employee Health Choices, Inc.; provides requirements for DMS; providing for board of directors & membership & terms of office; authorizes corporation to exercise certain powers; provides requirements for board & corporation; revises fiscal year in which corporation's annual report is due.

Provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by Occupational Therapy Compact Commission; authorizes disclosure of information under certain circumstances; provides exemption from public meetings requirements for certain meetings, or portions of meetings, of commission; provides exemption from public records requirements for recordings, minutes, & records generated during exempt meetings or exempt portions of meetings; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statements of public necessity.

Requires students in specified grades to receive instruction in cursive writing; provides requirements for such instruction; & requires students to demonstrate proficiency in cursive writing by end of specified grade.

Revises application requirements for nursing education program approval; authorizes Board of Nursing to revoke program's approval; revises requirements for annual reports program directors of approved programs are required to submit to board; provides for revocation of program's approval & discipline of its program director; revises remediation procedures; removes provision authorizing board to extend program's probationary status; authorizes agents of DOH to conduct onsite evaluations & inspections; authorizes DOH to collect evidence as part of such evaluations & inspections; removes provision authorizing approved nursing education programs to request extension to meet board's accreditation requirements.

Establishes Florida Institute for Pediatric Rare Diseases within FSU College of Medicine; & provides goals of institute; establishes Sunshine Genetics Pilot Program & Sunshine Genetics Consortium.

Establishes procedures for licensure by DACS; authorizes sheriff to provide supporting documentation to application for licensure; specifies duration of license; specifies conditions under which license must be revoked; authorizes sheriff to enter into agreement with owner of enhanced firearms training facility to conduct training for school guardian program at facility; exempts enhanced firearms training facility from complying with specified local government requirements in certain circumstances.

Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by the Department of Health or the Board of Occupational Therapy pursuant to the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact; authorizing disclosure of the information under certain circumstances; providing an exemption from public meetings requirements for certain meetings, or portions of meetings, of the Occupational Therapy Compact Commission; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing statements of public necessity, etc.

Requires that order appointing guardian identify persons entitled to certain information upon incapacitated person's death; authorizes that order appointing guardian identify persons entitled to notice if incapacitated person is transferred to medical facility & persons entitled to visit incapacitated person; authorizes guardian to restrict ability of minor ward to maintain certain contacts if it may cause harm to minor ward; authorizes guardian to restrict ability of adult ward to maintain contact with person in certain circumstances; requires guardian to provide ward with notice of change in residential setting in certain circumstances; requires guardian to provide notice to any person identified in order of appointment.

Prohibits specified entities & governmental entities from entering into specified contracts or agreements with foreign principal; prohibits foreign principal from entering into specified contracts or agreements with specified entities & governmental entities; provides criminal penalty; requires specified entities that have entered into specified contract or agreement with foreign principal to register with Department of Commerce by specified date; provides civil penalty; requires entity selling or transferring control of specified critical infrastructure to provide affidavit attesting to specified information to department; prohibits computer software produced or manufactured by specified companies from being used in critical infrastructure located within or serving this state.

Prohibiting a local government or the Department of Environmental Protection, respectively, from issuing a construction permit for a certain new solid waste disposal facility or a waste-to-energy facility in specified areas, etc.

Creates Corkscrew Grove Stewardship District; provides short title; provides legislative findings & intent; states legislative policy regarding creation of district; establishes compliance with minimum requirements for creation of independent special district; provides for creation & establishment of district; establishes legal boundaries of district; provides for jurisdiction & charter of district; provides for board of supervisors; provides for election, membership, terms, meetings, & duties of board members; provides method for transition of board from landowner control to control by resident electors of district; provides for district manager & district personnel; provides for district treasurer, selection of public depository, & district budgets & financial reports; provides general & special powers of district; provides for bonds; provides for borrowing; provides for future ad valorem taxation; provides for special assessments; provides for issuance of certificates of indebtedness; provides for tax liens; provides for competitive procurement; provides for fees & charges; provides for termination, contraction, expansion, or merger of district; provides for required notices to purchasers of residential units within district; specifies district public property; provides severability; provides for referendum.

Establishes Joint Legislative Committee on Medicaid Oversight within Office of Auditor; specifies duties; requires Auditor General & AHCA to enter into data sharing agreement; requires Auditor General to assist committee; provides that committee must be given access to certain records, papers, & documents; authorizes committee to compel testimony & evidence; provides that certain joint rules of Legislature apply to committee; requires agency to provide report of specified information to committee.

Increasing the homestead tax exemption amount for all levies, except for assessments for special benefits; deleting homestead tax exemptions for all levies other than school district levies, etc.

Citing this act as the "Affordable Housing and Supportive Services Act for Persons with Developmental Disabilities"; providing an exemption from ad valorem taxation for certain property; providing that certain building materials are exempt from certain taxes under certain circumstances; requiring counties, municipalities, and special districts to waive certain impact fees; requiring the Department of Children and Families to establish a Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program to provide rent subsidies to certain persons up to a specified percentage of the fair market rent; requiring the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to establish Regional Housing and Employment Support Centers to provide specified services, etc.
