A bill to require the Secretary of Defense assess and, as appropriate, implement open technical standards for digital content provenance, and for other purposes.
Requires public institution of higher education to study cost drivers, administrative productivity, organizational structure, space utilization, and faculty productivity.
Requires that, beginning January 1, 2028, all contractors structurally remodeling or building new residential structures with 1 to 4 family dwelling units be licensed by the contractors’ registration and licensing board.
Relating to the treatment of a replacement structure for a structure that was rendered uninhabitable or unusable by a casualty, a natural disaster, or wind or water damage as a new improvement for ad valorem tax purposes.
