Adds certain 7-OH products to the list of Schedule I controlled substances

Controlled substances; mitragynine and hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) are Schedule I; provide

Classifies 7 Hydroxymitragynine as Schedule I drug.

Classifies 7 Hydroxymitragynine as Schedule I drug and bans sale of products containing substance.

Crimes: controlled substances; production and sale of kratom; prohibit. Amends 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.1 - 750.568) by adding sec. 473a.

FRAUD Act of 2025 Forcing Real Accountability for Unlawful Distributions Act of 2025

Food: other; regulation of distribution, sale, and manufacturing of kratom products; provide for. Creates new act.

Prohibit the preparation, sale, and distribution of certain kratom products and to provide a penalty therefor.
