Requires that procedures for placements on, and removals from, the list of persons self-excluded from gambling includes procedures that allow a person to submit requests electronically; requires such procedures to ensure parity between electronic and non-electronic requests with respect to record retention and transmission of requests to licensed gaming facilities and mobile sports wagering platforms.
Requires the division of human rights to report on its website findings of discriminatory practices relating to lawful sources of income; requires landlords of 6 or more residential units to report annually certain information relating to applicants who receive rental subsidies.
Requires school districts to collect and annually report to the department of education certain information regarding manifestation determination reviews (MDRs) conducted during the prior school year; requires certain disaggregated information to be publicly reported regarding MDRs.
Provides that a landlord shall provide a prospective tenant a written disclosure of the tenant screening criteria used to evaluate rental applications prior to accepting any fee, deposit, or screening information from such prospective tenant.
Authorizes insurers to collect social security account numbers solely for the purpose of effectuating, verifying, or amending an individual's donor registration status in the New York state donate life registry; prohibits use of such information other than for such purposes.
