Relates to audits conducted by the office of Medicaid inspector general detecting ministerial or clerical errors that generate an overpayment to a vendor providing non-emergency medical transportation services.
Requires an assessor to send a second copy of the application and notice for a real property tax exemption to persons with disabilities and limited incomes thirty days prior to the appropriate taxable status date.
Requires inspections of child day care homes, programs and facilities include the full premises; requires providers of a family day care home or group family day care home to disclose to the office of children and family services all persons who reside in the home where child day care is being provided; requires all providers of child day care to receive training for, provide and maintain onsite opioid antagonists for use during emergencies.
Relates to utilization review program standards; requires use of evidence-based and peer reviewed clinical review criteria; relates to prescription drug formulary changes and pre-authorization for certain health care services.
Establishes the "jobs and housing act"; directs the private housing finance agency to develop and administer a jobs and housing pilot program to construct and preserve housing, including workforce housing, that is affordable to low and moderate income persons, and creates jobs for those who build and work in such housing.

Provides for increased podiatry care and benefits under individual and group accident and health insurance policies and contracts within non-profit medical and dental indemnity, or health and hospital service corporations.
