Juveniles: other; presumption of admissibility for a juvenile's self-incriminating responses obtained through deceptive police practices; modify. Amends sec. 1, ch. XIIA of 1939 PA 288 (MCL 712A.1) & adds sec. 17e to ch. XIIA.
State: identification cards; citizenship or legal presence requirement for obtaining a state identification card; remove. Amends secs. 1, 1a & 2 of 1972 PA 222 (MCL 28.291 et seq.).
Labor: fair employment practices; written job descriptions; require employers to create and disclose to job applicants and certain employees, and establish sanctions and remedies for a violation. Amends title & sec. 18 of 1978 PA 390 (MCL 408.488) & adds sec. 9a.
A resolution to urge the President, United States Congress, and the National Labor Relations Board to enact policies banning employers from permanently replacing striking employees.
Health facilities: employees; use of state funds to discourage unionization; prohibit and provide remedies for. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding sec. 20176b.
Labor: collective bargaining; relocation of an employer's operations less than 1 year after its employees elect a bargaining representative; make an unfair labor practice. Amends sec. 23 of 1939 PA 176 (MCL 423.23) & adds sec. 18.
