Relates to prohibiting supervised injection sites; provides that it shall be unlawful for any person to own, operate, work in or volunteer at a supervised injection site; defines terms and establishes penalties.
Defines "portable solar generation device"; exempts portable solar generation devices from interconnection or net metering requirements; requires the state energy conservation construction code to allow for portable solar generation devices to be connected to a building's wiring through an electrical outlet.
Provides that mobile sports wagering operators and mobile sports wagering platforms are prohibited from limiting the size and frequency of deposits or wagers of authorized sports bettors because the bettor obtains financial benefit or due to the bettor's waging activity; provides exceptions for suspicious wagering activity and indications of a gambling disorder; requires such operators and platforms to provide electronic written notice when an authorized sports bettor is limited or banned.
Allows an employee to use paid sick leave for bereavement upon the death of a family member, or upon pregnancy loss by the employee or the employee's spouse or domestic partner or upon a foster child leaving a foster family provided the foster child was in the care of the foster family for six months or longer.
Authorizes the commissioner of motor vehicles to establish and administer a program authorizing eligible vehicles to operate in designated high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes, notwithstanding vehicle occupancy.

Directs the office for people with developmental disabilities to conduct a study on the feasibility of establishing, implementing and expanding additional housing models that support independent living for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities; requires the office to submit a report on such study to the governor, the temporary president of the senate and the speaker of the assembly.
Prohibits the use of most artificial intelligence in classrooms prior to high school except for AI used for diagnostic purposes or explicit instruction interventions for students with disabilities.
