Provides parity to durable medical equipment providers by requiring Medicaid managed care organizations to reimburse such providers at no less than one hundred percent of the medical assistance durable medical equipment fee schedule for the same service or item.
Requires that companies contracting with the state do not contribute to tropical forest degradation or deforestation directly or through their supply chains.
Grants the family court jurisdiction to determine guardianship of minors and infants when there are extraordinary circumstances, including deportation, removal, or forced departure of a parent from the United States; requires the office of court administration to revise certain orders or forms used by the family court to comply with such provisions; provides that the court may, but need not, find abuse, neglect, or abandonment where extraordinary circumstances are found to exist.
Prohibits the consideration of evidence that either parent has ever obtained or attempted to obtain reproductive health services relating to the termination of a pregnancy in certain legal proceedings.
