"Public Charge Transparency Act"; requires State entities which provide government assistance to inquire and record beneficiary's citizenship or immigration status and report cost of government assistance to illegal aliens.
"Restoring the Representation of Legal Residents Act;" requires Secretary of State to adjust census apportionment and redistricting data to remove illegal alien population for apportionment and redistricting purposes in this State.
"Police Training Cost Recovery Act"; requires municipal law enforcement agency to reimburse former employer of Class Two special law enforcement officer under certain circumstances.
"The Legionnaires' Disease Prevention Act"; establishes grant program for restoration or removal of buildings with compromised water supply systems; appropriates $5 million.
"Reasonable Pediatric Questions Act"; eliminates requirement for clinical laboratories to ask certain children questions about gender identity and sexual orientation.
"Gary Letizia Pre-Hospital Blood Transfusion Act"; authorizes advanced life support providers, under medical oversight, to administer blood products to patients in pre-hospital settings, and establishes certain reimbursement for such providers.
