Creates an employer-assisted housing match grant program under which certain nonprofit employees may be eligible for a state match for certain employer-provided funds for housing costs.
Prohibits the sale or offering for sale, delivery or manufacture of food or beverages containing kratom or its derivatives, or 7-hydroxymitragynine; provides penalties.
Extends the effectiveness of certain provisions requiring the office for people with developmental disabilities to establish the care demonstration program to March 31, 2028.
Requires the developmental disabilities advisory council to submit an annual comprehensive summary of information about its activities to the office for people with developmental disabilities' website, in an accessible format.
Prohibits the sale of kratom to individuals under the age of twenty-one; prohibits the sale or dissemination of information recorded during transaction scans; imposes a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars for the sale or provision of kratom to any person under the age of twenty-one; repeals certain provisions relating thereto; repeals certain provisions requiring a study on kratom; relates to the effectiveness of a chapter of the laws of 2025 relating to prohibiting the sale of kratom to persons under the age of 21.
Prohibits the intimidation, obstruction, or the unlawful dissemination of personal information of election officers; makes election officers eligible for the address confidentiality program.
Requires the office of renewable energy siting and electric transmission to establish and/or amend rules and regulations pertaining to standards related to the siting, design, construction and operation of major renewable energy facilities; requires such rules and regulations to include information relating to certain definitions, preapplication procedures, application procedures, farmland conservation fees, and farmland protection; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof.
