Requires school district receiving 70 percent or more of revenue from State aid to post certain information concerning out-of-State travel expenditures on Internet website.
Requires Secretary of State and county commissioners of registration to perform audit of voter registration records in Statewide Voter Registration System.
Amends Constitution to require Energy Tax Receipts Property Tax Relief Act aid and Consolidated Municipal Property Tax Relief Aid programs be fully funded each year, with dedicated amounts distributed to municipalities.
