Prohibits child care providers from charging any fees for service on days when providers are unable to provide child care services due to contraction of, or exposure to, COVID-19.
Establishes timelines for review and approval by Commissioner of Education of annual certified audits submitted by approved private schools for students with disabilities.
Authorizes use of school bus monitoring systems; establishes certain enforcement procedures and penalties for certain violations captured by school bus monitoring systems.
