A resolution to condemn the Trump Administration and congressional Republican’s support of the divisive “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” that raises costs for Michiganders, slashes Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and the Women, Infants and Children program (WIC), adds burdensome hurdles to important tax relief measures for low-income households, drives more families into poverty by giving tax cuts to the most wealthy households, and sets back progress on a clean energy future while increasing energy costs on Americans.

Trade: consumer goods and services; personal care products containing plastic microbeads; prohibit manufacture and acceptance for sale. Amends 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.101 - 324.90106) by adding subpt. 3 to pt. 147.
Law enforcement: other; use of certain masks or disguises by law enforcement; prohibit in certain circumstances and require certain uniforms. Amends 1931 PA 328 (MCL 750.1 - 750.568) by adding sec. 396a.
Law enforcement: reports; notification of the public by text message of a missing senior or vulnerable adult; provide for. Amends title & sec. 5 of 2012 PA 176 (MCL 28.715).
Housing: public accommodations; information with human trafficking hotline; require hotels and motels to post. Amends secs. 2 & 3 of 2016 PA 62 (MCL 752.1032 & 752.1033).
