Establishes the "safeguarding reproductive care act" under which a stockpile of mifepristone and misoprostol is maintained and managed to ensure continued access to reproductive care medications within the state.
Requires policing agencies to conduct an inventory of, and develop a publicly-available policy for, any artificial intelligence used to aid criminal investigations.
Relates to the docketing of judgments imposing civil penalties for the violation of certain requirements imposed by the zoning resolution of the city of New York; makes other technical changes.
