Urging the United States Congress to suspend any and all efforts to pass Federal legislation that would impose a moratorium on state-level artificial intelligence regulation; recognizing the potential benefits along with the risks of misuse and systemic harm of artificial intelligence; acknowledging the importance of state regulation of such technologies; and reaffirming the Pennsylvania General Assembly's sovereign authority to legislate for the protection of Pennsylvanians.
Recognizing the week of May 10 through 16, 2026, as "National Police Week" and recognizing May 15, 2026, as "Peace Officers Memorial Day" in Pennsylvania.
Designating the month of April 2026 as "Donate Life Month" and April 10, 2026, as "Blue and Green Day" in Pennsylvania in support of organ donation awareness.
Imposing a fee for service on municipalities for municipal patrol services provided by the Pennsylvania State Police and providing for State Police patrol services agreements, for allocation of money, for fees for intermunicipal police response and for penalties.
In school health services, further providing for definitions, for possession and use of asthma inhalers and epinephrine auto-injectors, for school access to emergency epinephrine and for administration of epinephrine auto-injectors by school bus drivers and school crossing guards.
