In sexual offenses, repealing provisions relating to the offense of sexual intercourse with animal; and, in riot, disorderly conduct and related offenses, further providing for definitions and for the offense of aggravated cruelty to animal, providing for the offense of sexual crimes against animals and further providing for exemption of normal agricultural operations.
In creation, alteration and termination of condominiums, providing for electric vehicle charging stations; in creation, alteration and termination of cooperatives, providing for electric vehicle charging stations; and, in creation, alteration and termination of planned communities, providing for electric vehicle charging stations.
Recognizing June 19, 2026, as "Juneteenth Independence Day" in Pennsylvania in commemoration of June 19, 1865, the date on which slavery was abolished finally in all regions of the United States.
