Memorializing Governor Kathy Hochul to proclaim May 19, 2025, as Human Milk Day in the State of New York, in conjunction with the observance of World Human Milk Day
Relates to increasing the earnings limitation for positions of public service; increases the earnings limitation from $35,000 to $65,000 in 2027 and thereafter.
Prohibits the sale of foods containing synthetic color additives in schools except under certain circumstances off and away from the premises or on premises at least a half hour after the end of the school day.
