Authorizes the reissuance of emergency assistance to needy families with children, safety net assistance, SNAP benefits, or emergency assistance for aged, blind and disabled persons in instances of fraud or theft of benefits.
Establishes a joint commission on public transparency and sexual harassment to adopt, amend and rescind rules and regulations defining sexual harassment for state agencies, offices, and branches of government and develop recommendations for the uniform distribution of such definitions and policies, and to receive complaints and referrals alleging violations by certain state officials.
Relates to allowing prescriptions for controlled substances that are normally restricted to a thirty-day supply to be issued for greater than a thirty-day supply during a state of emergency.
Requires specific review procedures for approval of development projects in marshlands by the city planning commission including site plans, surveys, environmental review and community hearings and input.
Exempts service as a farm laborer where such service is an internship granting college course credit from the definition of employee and employment for the purposes of certain workers' compensation benefits.
