Requires every food establishment to label all prepackaged food with a written notification on the package or on a label attached to the package identifying any ingredient with which a product is made that constitutes a major food allergen.
Relates to employment of persons and veterans with disabilities by the state; provides up to five thousand positions may be filled by persons with a physical or mental disability and up to two thousand positions may be filled by disabled veterans and veterans with disabilities.
Relates to tax lien foreclosure; establishes senior, disabled, and veteran homeowner real property tax assistance program; establishes installment plans for certain real property taxes.
