Requires, or authorizes, as appropriate, financial institutions to take certain action upon certain financial transactions made by vulnerable or senior customer.
Specifies electric vehicle parking space calculation is rounded up if it includes fraction of a whole number and rounded-up parking spaces cannot reduce overall parking supply by more than 10 percent.
Authorizes Division of Gaming Enforcement to participate in national self-exclusion list for gaming activities, and to create necessary forms for participation.
