Amends FY2026 annual appropriations act to increase Supplemental Graduate Medical Education Subsidy by $496,000 for support to additional acute care hospital.
Exempts from prohibition on taking of shellfish on Sunday certain shellfish aquaculturalists with commercial shellfish aquaculture permits who use predator screening systems.
Requires underground structural assessment prior to commencing public highway or public transportation projects within close proximity to operating or retired mines.
Requires electric public utilities to develop and apply special rules for certain data centers to protect non-data center customers from increased costs.
Increases distribution to municipalities from Energy Tax Receipts Property Tax Relief Fund over two years; prohibits anticipation of certain revenue in municipal budget; requires additional aid be subtracted from municipal property tax levy.
