Requires that public schools provide instruction on climate change, including but not limited to identifying the causes and impacts of climate change on individuals, environments and communities, and learning to evaluate solutions.
Requires police officers to report the misconduct of a police officer; requires the division of criminal justice to establish a protocol to be followed by police agencies when handling and recording mandatory reports of misconduct by a police officer; establishes the crime of failure to report misconduct by a police officer.

Prohibits the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new multiple dwelling unless the multiple dwelling contains the minimum number of dwelling units required for the lot; defines minimum number of units required.
