Establishes the "Interscholastic Athletic Activities Appeals Board" within the department of elementary and secondary education to hear appeals after the activities association appeals process has been exhausted
Expands certain powers given to peace officers employed by the supervisor of alcohol and tobacco control and peace officers employed by the state fire marshal when certain exigent circumstances exist
Prohibits temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) benefit cards from being used at ATMs or to access cash, and limits the items that may be purchased with TANF benefits
