Establishes Office of Clean Energy Equity in BPU; directs establishment of certain clean energy, energy efficiency, and energy storage programs for overburdened communities; makes change to community solar program.
Requires health insurance and Medicaid coverage for family planning and reproductive health care services; prohibits adverse actions by medical malpractice insurers in relation to performance of legally protected health care services.
Increases FY2026 annual appropriation to DCF by $16.7 million to increase NJ FamilyCare monthly reimbursement rate paid to care management organizations.
