Establishes Transportation Authority of New Jersey and transfers certain powers, duties, and oversight of certain transportation entities and DOT to Transportation Authority of New Jersey.
"AI Likeness Protection Act"; prohibits unauthorized distribution of realistic representation of image, likeness, or voice of individual using generative artificial intelligence.
Requires electric public utilities to develop and apply special rules for certain data centers to protect non-data center customers from increased costs.
