Establishes a committee to conduct a survey of instruction on the history and civic impact of the September eleventh, two thousand one terrorist attacks and issue a report on such survey.
Recognizing September 11, 2026, as "25th Anniversary of the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001, Day" in Pennsylvania in memory of the civilians and emergency and armed forces personnel who lost their lives in the attacks.
Relates to requiring the department of education to provide school districts with a list of resources and instructional materials on media literacy; defines terms.
Requires school districts to include information on events of September 11, 2001 as part of New Jersey Student Learning Standards in Social Studies; requires public schools to hold annual events commemorating September 11, 2001.
