An Act to Provide Access to Quality Family Child Care for Military Personnel by Exempting Certain Military Child Care Providers from State Licensing Requirements
Prohibits naming dependent children under the age of 18 living in the same household with a parent or guardian in petitions to recover possession of real property and eviction warrants; seals any records pertaining to dependent children under the age of 18 living in the same household with a parent or guardian who were residing on or removed from such property.
Relating to the eligibility of children and other dependents of certain military personnel or veterans for tuition and fee exemptions at public institutions of higher education.
Requires the office of children and family services certify certain detention facilities for youths and promulgate regulations for certain detention facilities for youths.
Requires the registration of surplus military vehicles previously owned by the United States department of defense or any federal agency, sold or transferred through an authorized federal surplus property program.
