Requires the department of state to make renewed appearance enhancement licenses and certificates and renewed barber licenses and certificates available on its website in a portable document format for download by the person whose license or certificate has been renewed.
Relates to requiring a licensed massage therapist to display such licensed massage therapist's license when practicing and the required contents of such license, including at a minimum the licensee's name, license number and a non-removable photograph of such licensee.
Enacts the "renewable energy project labor agreement act" in relation to requiring project labor agreements for renewable energy projects receiving state support; provides for the repeal of certain provisions upon expiration thereof.
Creates a small business grid renewable energy tax credit; provides the term "business related renewable energy usage" shall refer to renewable power usage used to further the economic activity of the taxpayer at the primary business location that is clearly delimited from any shared renewable energy power usage cost.
Repeals the major renewable energy development program, including the office of renewable energy siting and electric transmission; and amends various provisions of law relating thereto.
