Relates to the form of the juror qualification questionnaire; provides that such questionnaire shall only require a prospective juror who is not a citizen of the United States to certify, under penalty of perjury, that they are not a citizen.
Relating to qualifications for office. Providing that candidates of the office of governor, state senator, and state representative shall be citizens of the United States.
Prohibits landlords or their agents from inquiring or requiring disclosure about citizenship or immigration status, requiring specific immigration documentation to be presented, disclosing immigration or citizenship status to third parties, or threatening to report a tenant's citizenship or immigration status in retaliation for asserting their rights.
