Reduces the amount of signatures needed for a person to be nominated for the office of member of the city council to four hundred fifty signatures to be aligned with city law.
Provides that where a supervisor in a town with a population of six hundred thousand or more vacates their position before the end of their term, a special election shall occur in order to fill such vacant supervisor position.
