Relates to the regulation of three-dimensional printed firearms; provides that a person who intentionally sells, distributes, or disposes of a three-dimensional printed firearm is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
Requires bidders on contracts to purchase firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories to submit a statement that the bidder is licensed and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations relating to the sale, transfer, storage and disposition of firearms, ammunition and firearm accessories.
Provides that firearms purchaser identification card is valid for four years; requires training prior to issuance of firearms cards and handgun purchase permits; revises procedures for passing of firearms to heir or legatee.
A bill for an act relating to firearms, including background checks for acquiring pistols or revolvers, identification markings on firearms and firearm parts, trigger locks, extreme risk protective orders, mental health funding, certain firearm transfers, and certain related crimes, and providing penalties.
