Provides that whenever a contiguous property of a college or university contains three hundred or more registrants, the polling place designated for such election district shall be on such contiguous property or at a location approved by the college or university.
Establishes portable polling locations for early voting; provides that a county board of elections may establish one or more portable polling locations.
Authorizes, under certain circumstances, full-time college and university students to act as election inspectors and poll clerks in the election district where their college or university is located.
Requires opioid antagonists in student gathering places at colleges and universities; requires college and university emergency medical services to carry and have readily available opioid antagonists.
Prohibits the enforcement of federal immigration laws while within two hundred feet of specified voting locations; extends the prohibition on electioneering activities to within two hundred feet of the specified voting location; authorizes a county elections official to extend the time for closing the polls at any polling place if the county elections official determines that voting at the polling place was disrupted as a result of a violation of the prohibitions on enforcement of federal immigration laws or electioneering; limits the exceptions to the prohibition on carrying firearms in a sensitive location; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
Repeals the tax exempt status of private universities that received real property tax exemptions of one hundred million dollars or more during the prior fiscal year.
