Relates to the former crime of loitering for the purpose of engaging in a prostitution offense; expunges criminal records for persons previously convicted of such crime; directs the chief administrator of the courts to provide information regarding such expungement; adds language to identify that the crime of loitering for the purpose of engaging in a prostitution offense is no longer in law.
Provides an exemption for certain parcels of land from the licensing restrictions prohibiting manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of alcoholic beverages from sharing an interest in a licensed premises or to sell at retail for consumption on the premises; provides for the repeal of certain provisions upon expiration thereof.
Requires that businesses offering physical manipulation services ensure that certain windows, entrances, and public-facing areas are unobscured and that there is clear visibility from the public right-of-way into certain public spaces on the premises of such businesses; defines physical manipulation services to include massage therapy, reflexology, services provided on feet at foot spas, bodywork, acupressure, and any other service that involves physically manipulating any part of a human body; exempts services provided by certain persons from being included in such definition.
