Requires that procedures for placements on, and removals from, the list of persons self-excluded from gambling includes procedures that allow a person to submit requests electronically; requires such procedures to ensure parity between electronic and non-electronic requests with respect to record retention and transmission of requests to licensed gaming facilities and mobile sports wagering platforms.

Directs the department of financial services to periodically inspect residential real properties for which a lender has a duty to maintain; authorizes the department of financial services or the municipality to impose a $500 a day civil penalty for the failure of a lender to maintain an abandoned property that it has a duty to maintain; requires such lenders to register with the statewide vacant and abandoned property electronic registry.
Requires that following the acquittal after trial or the sentencing of any defendant for a felony, the district attorney, or their designee, shall provide by mail, electronically, or by any other reasonable and secure means of written communication a written summary of the disposition of such felony to any victim who was not present at the time that the defendant was sentenced or acquitted after trial.
