Provides penalties for arson and enhancing penalties for criminal mischief against motor vehicle dealerships and motor vehicle manufacturing facilities.
Directs the commissioner of motor vehicles to conduct a study to examine and update the requirements of safety inspections conducted to ensure the operational safety of all motor vehicles; requires a report; makes related provisions.
Permits the suspension of a license or driving privilege for failure to answer a summons for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; prohibits the reduction or waiving of fines or mandatory surcharges imposed for a violation of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
