Establishes the "Not on our dollar!: Ending New York funding of Hamas violence act" to prohibit not-for-profit corporations from engaging in unauthorized support of Hamas and nations known to fund middle-eastern terrorist group activity; allows for recovery of a civil penalty by the state attorney general; creates a private right of action for violations.
Condemning Israeli settlement expansion, settler violence, and related human rights abuses in the West Bank, and calling for accountability and specific United States policy responses to deter further violations and protect the viability of a negotiated two-State solution.
Prohibits the use of campaign funds to pay any settlement fees, fines or penalties for sexual harassment civil or criminal actions.
Prohibits electric corporations and gas corporations from passing along costs or increasing charges to ratepayers as a result of increased costs incurred due to legal or regulatory proceedings against such electric corporation, gas corporation, or utility, including settlements, attorneys' fees, penalties, fines or costs.
