Requires the electronic cigarette and vaping prevention, awareness and control program be used by all schools.
Requires the department of health to support tobacco and vapor product use prevention and control activities including marketing and advertising to discourage tobacco and vapor product use among consumers historically targeted by tobacco and vapor product advertising and manufacturers.
Requires that accident prevention courses include components of instruction in portable electronic device awareness and cannabis use awareness.
Makes it unlawful for a person under the age of 21 to possess tobacco or vaping products; provides for a fine not exceeding fifty dollars and/or completion of a tobacco awareness program.
