Establishes a separate states working group to conduct a study on Long Island statehood which includes a cost benefit analysis on Long Island statehood.
Directs the New York state department of financial services to conduct a study on the rising costs of motor vehicle insurance in the state which shall include certain analyses and recommendations.
Authorizes the commissioner of education to conduct a survey regarding instruction on Asian American, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islander history within the state; establishes an Asian American, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islander history advisory committee; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
