Establishes the freedom to rally and engage equitably (FREE) act protecting employees from discrimination as a result of participating in certain political activities.
Provides protection to employees and former employees from retaliatory actions by employers for the reporting of illegal or dangerous business activities.
Prohibits line-item appropriations, grants, or disbursements from lump sum appropriations to be directed to organizations engaged in political activities.
