Prohibits persons who were sentenced for a crime involving unlawful sexual conduct or assault from using public transportation including services in the transportation of passengers, airports, train stations, subway and rail stations, and bus terminals.
Allows public campaign funds to be used for disability access services including but not limited to captioning, sign language interpretation, assistive listening device, Braille, large print, communication access real-time translation and accessible transportation services and to be used for language interpretation and translation services.
Directs the metropolitan transportation authority and the New York city transit authority to rename the 79th Street subway station to the 79th Street - Saul Zabar station; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof.

Enacts the "New York fundamental artificial intelligence requirements in (FAIR) news act"; provides requirements for fairness in disclosures to news media workers, news media consumers, oversight of AI systems, and workplace protections for news media workers.

Directs the New York state energy resource and development authority, in collaboration with the New York state thruway authority, the department of transportation, and the New York power authority, to conduct a feasibility study on installing solar panels and other renewable energy systems along state highways and to submit a report relating thereto.
