Caption

Requires the candidate certification required to be eligible for voluntary public financing to be submitted no later than thirty days after the last day to file designating petitions if another candidate for the same position files a designating petition, or no later than thirty days after the last day to file independent nominating petitions, if a candidate files an independent nominating petition for the same position; provides for the withdrawal by a candidate from the public financing program.
