Provides that on and after January 1, 2028, no person shall sell, offer for sale or manufacture in this state any photovoltaic modules containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances as intentionally added chemicals.
Prohibits the sale and distribution of anti-fogging sprays or wipes containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances; provides penalties for violations.
Establishes a deposit and recycling program for wine containers and liquor containers with 5 cent deposits for containers less than 24 oz and 10 cent deposits for containers over 24 oz; provides for labeling of such containers; makes related provisions.
