AN ACT relating to governmental administration; requiring, with certain exceptions, a governmental entity to keep confidential certain personal information regarding donors, members or volunteers of a nonprofit organization; prohibiting, with certain exceptions, a governmental entity from requesting or releasing certain personal information regarding donors, members or volunteers of a nonprofit organization; making an appropriation to the Interim Finance Committee for allocation to the Office of the Attorney General to fund certain positions; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to behavioral health; requiring the Department of Health and Human Services to provide certain oversight and make certain recommendations concerning the children's behavioral health system of care; adding certain members to the subcommittee on the mental health of children of the Commission on Behavioral Health; prescribing certain duties of a regional behavioral health policy board; requiring a mental health consortium to submit certain documents to the Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department; clarifying the authority of the State Board of Health to require the licensing of certain facilities; requiring the Legislative Committee on Senior Citizens, Veterans and Adults With Special Needs to conduct a study of the feasibility of formulating and operating a comprehensive state plan to provide behavioral health services; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to hazardous materials; prohibiting, with certain exceptions, the sale and distribution of certain products containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances; requiring, with certain exceptions, manufacturers of cookware containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances to provide certain information to a customer; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to governmental administration; requiring the City Councils of the City of Las Vegas and the City of North Las Vegas to establish a workforce development program; requiring the City Councils to receive updates on the programs and post information about the programs; requiring every public utility which is owned or operated by the City of Las Vegas or the City of North Las Vegas to include certain information in utility bills; requiring that certain information be posted in each building owned by the City of Las Vegas or the City of North Las Vegas; requiring the City Councils to submit an annual report to the Director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau relating to the workforce development program; revising provisions relating to the Charter Committee, City Clerk and City Manager of the City of North Las Vegas; providing penalties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to public works; requiring, with certain exceptions, a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices who are women on a public work; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to elections; requiring, under certain circumstances, the Secretary of State, county clerks and city clerks to ensure that voting materials and certain other elections information are posted on certain Internet websites and made available in certain languages; requiring the Secretary of State to establish a toll-free telephone number which may be used for a person to receive language interpretation or translation assistance relating to an election; requiring such telephone number to be posted at each polling place and on certain Internet websites and included on sample ballots; requiring the Secretary of State to include certain information related to a registered voter's preferred language on an application to register to vote; requiring county and city clerks to make a good faith effort to appoint election board officers who are bilingual; revising the information relating to registered voters that is required to be included on the statewide voter registration list; requiring, under certain circumstances, a mechanical voting system to list offices, candidates and ballot measures in a voter's preferred language; creating and setting forth the membership and duties of the Language Access Advisory Committee; making an appropriation to the Office of the Secretary of State for certain expenses relating to language access and the establishment of a toll-free telephone number; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to elections; requiring ballots and votes be counted using a mechanical voting system; revising provisions relating to accommodations for certain voters who are elderly or have a disability; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to state financial administration; revising requirements relating to the preparation of the state budget; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to providers of health care; limiting the amount and circumstances under which a provider of health care may charge to fill out certain forms necessary to take a leave of absence authorized by the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to property; establishing and revising various definitions relating to property; establishing provisions relating to fees charged by landlords to prospective tenants; prohibiting landlords from transferring, selling, assigning or reporting to certain agencies information concerning amounts owed by tenants to landlords; establishing provisions relating to circumstances under which a landlord changes his or her agent, broker or property management company; requiring a rental agreement to include separate appendices that contain certain information; making it unlawful for a landlord or certain other persons to charge a tenant certain fees; making various changes relating to fees, fines, deposits and costs paid by tenants; requiring rental agreements to include a grace period for the late payment of rent; requiring a tenant to be served with advance notice of increases in certain fees, fines and costs; revising provisions relating to agents of attorneys who serve certain notices relating to evictions; revising provisions relating to representation in small claim actions; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to collective bargaining; requiring, with certain exceptions, each school district to semiannually provide each employee organization recognized by the school district certain information relating to each employee of the bargaining unit represented by the employee organization; requiring collective bargaining between the Executive Department of State Government and classified employees to include matters relating to parking and transportation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to elections; defining the term inaugural committee; requiring an inaugural committee to report certain contributions and expenditures; requiring a candidate who is elected to a constitutional office to report certain contributions and expenditures for a certain period preceding the election and preceding the next regular legislative session; prohibiting a foreign national form making a contribution or commitment to make a contribution to an inaugural committee; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to towns; eliminating the requirement that a member of a citizens' advisory council of a town or certain town advisory boards be a qualified elector; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to health care; requiring the administrators of certain senior living facilities to ensure that such a senior living facility is equipped with a functional ventilation system; establishing requirements governing the detection of carbon dioxide at such a senior living facility; establishing requirements for the assessment of and any repair, upgrade or installation to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems at such senior living facilities; requiring certain personnel to complete and review an assessment report on such a ventilation system; requiring the administrators of certain senior living facilities to prepare a report on work performed on such a ventilation system; providing that such a report is a public record; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to public bodies; authorizing the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada to enter into an agreement to affiliate with a public or private entity for certain purposes; authorizing a public body to enter into a public-private partnership in connection with certain facilities; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
