Allow Lottery Winners To Be Confidential

An Act Regarding the Confidentiality of Certain Lottery Winner Identities

AN ACT relating to the identification of lottery winners.

To protect the privacy of lottery winners

Redirect Lottery Advertising for Foster Care

Gaming: lottery; multistate lottery games; allow winner to remain anonymous. Amends sec. 25 of 1972 PA 239 (MCL 432.25).

A bill for an act concerning confidential information of the Iowa lottery, and including applicability provisions.

Requires the state to keep state lottery winners' identities anonymous to the general public if requested by the lottery winner.

A bill for an act concerning the withholding of names, addresses, and personally identifiable information of certain lottery prize winners.
