An Act To Authorize Pharmacists To Provide Ivermectin To Patients Who Are Eighteen Years Of Age Or Older Pursuant To A Valid Collaborative Pharmacy Practice Agreement Containing A Non-patient-specific Prescriptive Order And Standardized Procedures Developed And Executed By One Or More Authorized Practitioners; To Direct The Board Of Pharmacy To Adopt Rules To Establish Standard Procedures For The Provision Of Ivermectin By Pharmacists, Including Providing The Patient With A Screening Risk Assessment Tool, Providing The Patient With A Standardized Factsheet, And Either Dispensing The Ivermectin Or Referring The Patient To A Pharmacy That May Dispense The Medication As Soon As Practical; To Authorize The Charging Of An Administrative Fee For Services Provided Pursuant To This Act In Addition To Costs Associated With The Dispensing Of Ivermectin And Paid By The Pharmacy Benefit; To Provide That A Pharmacist Or Practitioner Acting In Good Faith And With Reasonable Care Involved In The Provision Of Ivermectin Pursuant To This Act Is Immune From Disciplinary Or Adverse Administrative Actions For Acts Or Omissions During The Provision Of Ivermectin; To Provide That A Pharmacist Or Practitioner Involved In The Provision Of Ivermectin Pursuant To This Act Is Immune From Civil Liability In The Absence Of Gross Negligence Or Willful Misconduct For Actions Authorized By This Act; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Create The Charlie Kirk Campus Free Speech And Safety Act; To Define Certain Terms Relating To This Act; To Provide That The Outdoor Areas Of Campuses Of Public Institutions Of Higher Education In This State Shall Be Deemed Public Forums For The Campus Community; To Prohibit Public Institutions Of Higher Education From Creating Free Speech Zones Or Other Designated Areas Of Campus Outside Of Which Expressive Activities Are Prohibited; To Provide That Any Person Who Wishes To Engage In Noncommercial Expressive Activity On Campus Shall Be Permitted To Do So Freely, As Long As The Person's Conduct Is Not Unlawful And Does Not Materially And Substantially Disrupt The Functioning Of The Public Institution Of Higher Education; To Prohibit Public Institutions Of Higher Education From Denying A Religious, Political Or Ideological Student Organization Any Benefit Or Privilege Available To Any Other Student Organization; To Require Public Institutions Of Higher Education To Make Public In Their Handbooks, On Their Websites, And Through Their Orientation Programs For Students The Policies, Regulations, And Expectations Of Students Regarding Free Expression On Campus; To Require Each Public Institution Of Higher Education To Publicly Post On Their Website, As Well As Submit To Both The Governor And Legislature Thirty Days Prior To The Beginning Of The Regular Legislative Session, A Report Which Will Detail The Course Of Action Implemented To Be In Compliance With The Requirements Of This Act; To Authorize Any Person Or Student Association Aggrieved By A Violation Of This Act To Bring An Action Against The Public Institution Of Higher Education And Its Employees Acting In Their Official Capacities, Responsible For The Violation And Seek Appropriate Relief; To Provide That A Person Is Required To Bring Suit For Violation Of This Act Not Later Than One Year After The Day The Cause Of Action Accrues; And For Related Purposes.

An Act Create A New Section Within Title 41, Chapter 61, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Autopsy In The Case Of A Sudden And Unexpected Death Of An Infant Or Child, Including Cases Of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (sids), Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (suid) Or Sudden Death In The Young (sdy), Must Include Microscopic And Toxicology Studies And A Review Of The Child's Immunization And Medical Records; To Require That The Medical Examiner Document In The Autopsy Report Any Immunizations And Emergency Countermeasures Administered To The Infant Or Child Within 90 Days Before The Infant's Or Child's Death And Report The Case To The Suid And Sdy Case Registry; To Provide That The Autopsy In The Case Of A Sudden And Unexpected Death Suspected To Be Caused By Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (sads) In An Individual Of Any Age Must Include Microscopic And Toxicology Studies And A Review Of The Individual's Immunization And Medical Records; To Require That The Medical Examiner Document In The Autopsy Report Any Immunizations And Emergency Countermeasures Administered To The Individual Within 90 Days Before His Or Her Death And Report The Case To The Suid And Sdy Case Registry If The Individual Was Younger Than 20 Years Of Age At The Time Of Death; To Establish Administrative Penalties To Be Imposed Against A County Medical Examiner Who Fails To Report A Case Of Sids, Suid Or Sdy, Or Of Sads For Individuals Younger Than 20 Years Of Age, To The Suid And Sdy Case Registry Within 30 Days After Completing The Autopsy Report; To Designate Compliance With Such Reporting And Documentation Requirements As A Permissible Disclosure Under State And Federal Medical Privacy Laws; To Define Terms; To Bring Forward Sections 41-61-59, 41-61-63 And 41-61-65, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
