An Act To Establish The "mississippi Students Voicing Opinions In Today's Elections (vote) Act" For The Purpose Of Creating A Pilot Program In Public Schools To Provide Voter Registration Information To Students In Grade 12; To Require The Secretary Of State To Implement And Administer The Pilot Program In Conjunction With County And Municipal Election Commission And State Political Party Executive Committees; To Prescribe Criteria For Eligibility Of Local Educational Agencies To Receive Funds Under The Pilot Program; To Require Reports To Be Submitted To The Secretary Of State And The Legislature; To Require The Legislature To Appropriate Necessary Funds For The Administration Of The Pilot Program; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Require Businesses That Make Automatic Renewal Offers Or Continuous Service Offers To Consumers To Present The Terms Of Such Automatic Renewal Offers Or Continuous Service Offers In A Clear And Conspicuous Manner Before The Subscription Or Purchasing Agreement Is Fulfilled; To Prohibit The Charging Of A Consumer's Credit Or Debit Card, Or Account With A Third Party, For An Automatic Renewal Or Continuous Service Without First Obtaining The Consumer's Affirmative Consent To The Agreement; To Prescribe The Methods By Which A Business Must Provide Consumers With The Ability To Cancel Any Automatic Renewal Or Continuous Service; To Require Businesses To Notify Consumers Of A Material Change In The Terms Of The Automatic Renewal Or Continuous Service; To Require Those Businesses That Allow Consumers To Accept An Automatic Renewal Offer Or Continuous Service Offer Online To Also Allow The Consumers To Terminate The Automatic Renewal Or Continuous Service Exclusively Online, At Will, And Without Engaging In Any Further Steps That Obstruct Or Delay The Consumer's Ability To Terminate The Automatic Renewal Or Continuous Service Immediately; To Require Those Businesses To Provide A Method Of Termination That Is Either Online In The Form Of A Prominently Located Direct Link Or Button To Cancel Or By A Termination Email; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Require A Person Licensed To Do Business As A Money Transmission Business To Collect A Fee For Each Transaction; To Authorize The Suspension Of A License As A Money Transmission Business For Failure To Comply With The Money Transmission Fee Requirements; To Exempt Certain Transfers And Certain Financial Institutions From The Money Transmission Fee Requirements; To Create A Tax Credit For Money Transmission Fees Paid By A Taxpayer During The Tax Year; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Provide Certain Procedures For Law Enforcement Agencies Concerning The Investigation Into A Missing Or Unidentified Person; To Require A Law Enforcement Agency To Initiate Certain Procedures Upon The Receipt Of A Credible Report Of A Missing Or Unidentified Person; To Require Certain Information About The Missing Or Unidentified Person To Be Entered Into The National Missing And Unidentified Persons System; To Prohibit A Law Enforcement Agency From Requiring A Delay Before Accepting A Report Or Requiring The Appearance Of A Next Of Kin Before Initiating A Missing Persons Investigation; To Require A Law Enforcement Agency Or The State Medical Examiner To Enter A Report Of A Missing Child Into The National Missing And Unidentified Persons System Without Delay; To Require The State Medical Examiner Test The Dna Of Unidentified Human Remains Using Forensic Genetic Genealogy Testing; To Amend Section 41-61-53, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define The Terms "unclaimed Human Remains" And "unidentified Human Remains"; To Amend Section 41-61-59, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That When A Body Is Unidentified Human Remains, The Body Shall Be Submitted To The State Medical Examiner; To Amend Section 41-61-61, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Upon Discovery Unidentified Human Remains Or Anatomical Material Suspected Of Being Part Of The Human Body Shall Be Submitted To The State Medical Examiner; To Provide That The Willful Destruction Of A Body, Body Part Or Unidentified Human Remains Shall Be A Felony; To Require The County Medical Examiner Investigator To Enter Into The National Missing And Unidentified Persons System All Unclaimed Human Remains Cases Within A Certain Amount Of Days; To Amend Section 41-39-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Any Physician, Hospital, Funeral Director, Embalmer, County Medical Examiner Or Other Person Acquiring Possession Of Unidentified Human Remains To Submit The Remains To The State Medical Examiner And Not Subject The Remains To Cremation, Embalming Or Other Destructive Treatment; To Amend Section 45-6-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require A Certain Amount Of Training Related To The Investigation Of Unidentified And Missing Persons For Law Enforcement Officers; And For Related Purposes.
